Cequent Projects  (now part of TSA) provided full project management services through to completion, including design, procurement and construction of the following;

• New warehouse and canopy
• New yard slab
• Associated infrastructure

The construction of the warehouse and yard slab were completed in a live timber yard with limited access. Coordinating construction activities with operational activities became a key deliverable.  This project exceeded expectations – all deliverables were met, and well below budget.
