TSA was engaged by The Hut Group (THG) to project manage the delivery of a retail distribution facility in Truganina (Melbourne’s West). THG is a global technology platform and e-commerce company, specialising in taking brands directly to consumers. They operate over 200 localised websites, retailing goods in over 150 countries.

The new facility houses ‘print-on-demand’ equipment including fabric printers, dryers and industrial sewing equipment. Other components of the fitout include ‘Very Narrow Aisle’ (VNA) racking systems and associated processing areas such as product-pick, tagging, folding and bagging, packing and dispatch.

With THG based in the UK, TSA fulfilled the Principal’s Representative and Superintendent roles, managing the D&C Contractor and liaising with the landlord The GPT Group.
