TSA Advisory provided procurement and transaction services for Transport for New South Wales during the tender period for the B-Line Program, which saw the upgrade of the bus service between Northern Beaches and the Sydney CBD to provide double-decker bus services, modern bus stops, new commuter carparks and roadworks to improve traffic flow. The tender process for the $234 million development involved development and consolidation of scope, with work staged to minimise impact on the operational road network. Tenders were assessed across a wide range of criteria to ensure the preferred option presented the best solution for TfNSW in terms of delivery and value for money before the delivery contract was awarded in December 2016.
