TSA Advisory provided procurement and transaction services for Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) during the tender period for the B-Line Program. This saw the upgrade of the bus service between Northern Beaches and the Sydney CBD. The $234 million development is to provide double-decker bus services, modern bus stops, new commuter carparks and roadworks to improve traffic flow.

The tender process for this project involved development and consolidation of scope, with work staged to minimise impact on the operational road network. Tenders were assessed across a wide range of criteria to ensure the preferred option presented the best solution for TfNSW in terms of delivery and value for money. The delivery contract was awarded in December 2016.

The B-Line Program is an integrated package of service and infrastructure improvements designed to provide more reliable journeys between Mona Vale and the Sydney CBD. Frequent, turn-up-and-go, B-Line bus services provide more seats and comfortable travel for customers between Mona Vale and the city centre, with customers now able to access real-time service information at one of the 10 modern bus stops.

B-Line Stops include: Brookvale, Collaroy, Cremorne, Dee Why, Mona Vale, Mosman, Spit Junction, Narrabeen, Neutral Bay, Seaforth, Warriewood and Wynyard.
