The Easing Sydney’s Congestion, was a Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) program of work to support Sydney’s growing population, by delivering improvements to reduce traffic congestion. TSA Advisory were appointed by RMS to develop an evidence-based framework and tool for the prioritisation and selection of projects to be implemented within the program.
During this project, five separate sub- programs of work within the $2 billion road infrastructure program were created:
- Bus Priority Infrastructure Program
- Gateway to the South – Pinchpoint Program
- Parramatta Congestion Improvement Program
- Pinchpoint Programs
- Sydney Clearways Program
