TSA provided tenancy delivery management services for the extension of CS Square in Caroline Springs, Victoria. The 14 new tenancies are a mix of food and beverage (a small café and food kiosk), services (a dental clinic and hairdressers etc), speciality retail and a new Woolworths supermarket.

This involved ensuring all tenancy variation works (Class 2) by the lessor were completed correctly and on time to meet the tenancy hand over date. The tenancy delivery manager (TDM) was the central point of contact between the base building team, development team, tenants and shop fitters. TSA ensured to maintain good relationship with all stakeholders while ensuring works were successfully progressing, in a safe manner.

TSA was responsible for managing, liaising and monitoring each individual tenancy fitout works ensuring each tenancy are open to trade at the committed date. This include, review and assess initial shop fitting programs, assisting the shop fitters to get inducted into the main building sites, facilitate review of their safety plans with WH&S Manger.

Daily walks to each site were carried out to monitor progress, safety as well as coordinating any outstanding tenancy variation works such as sprinklers and diffusers fit off. A daily schedule of all shop fitter deliveries requirement is also prepared and issue for coordination with main building team deliveries.

In addition to the site responsibilities, the TDM, also liaised with Retail Design Manager to ensure the correct design outcome approved by the lessor is maintained.

Prior to trading the tenancy delivery manager also assisted in obtaining certification s to obtain fitout occupation certificate and final authority to trade, working with the building team.
