Cequent Projects provided full project management services for the Flame Bar and Grill restaurant fit out at level 1, Steamer Wharf
The circa $3.5M integrated Landlord and Tenant fitout converted a 460m2 office space into one of Queenstown’s premier restaurants.

Looking out over Lake Wakatipu, the Steamer Wharf site has become Queenstown’s main hospitality precinct, the addition of Flame will enhance the sites diversity and provide Flame the increased capacity and upgraded kitchen it requires.

Following early engagement with contractors the project was procured through a negotiated fixed price lump sum contract. The nature of the integrated fit out required all parties to work together collaboratively and with trust to ensure that the project and client’s best interests were projected at all stages.
