This project includes structural strengthening of the building to raise it up to 100% NBS, exterior façade removal then rebuild, and management of safe asbestos removal and disposal.
During demolition works asbestos material was found to be present throughout the tenancy. TSA engaged directly with the asbestos testing subcontractor to ensure the contaminated material was quickly and safely removed from site.
The works combine two intertenancy units and return the tenancy to a shell and core ready for an R M Williams shop fit-out.
