The WMS project was a business-led project tasked with optimising the business’ rostering practices. With its initial focus on three operational business units, the project aimed to deliver an IT solution that could handle the complexity of the business’ operating environment while making it simpler and easier for people to manage, access and track potential changes to their roster.
TSA’s work encompassed full change management support and delivery, as well as stakeholder engagement and communication of the project. The TSA team successfully supported the delivery of long term optimisations, as well as the formal consultation processes with employees and unions.
