The Australian Distilling Co’s vision is to create a portfolio of world class spirits that celebrate and connect with the uniquely Australian way of life. The company champions local ingredients and iconic locales to ensure that every bottle says something about the community that inspired it. TSA helped The Distilling Co. achieve this vision by delivering their new NT production facility.

Our people completed the work with remote support from a number of TSA’s subject matter experts. TSA’s James Paddock and John Grimwade led the project locally in Darwin, managing the planning and approvals processes. They also led construction and commissioning of the facility, engaging local contractors and trades to successfully complete the works in 2022.

With recent experience delivering several food and beverage production projects, ranging from facility expansion to full turn-key solutions, TSA had the necessary experience to successfully meet the client’s project requirements. The new distillery now produces flavoured gin and spirits for the local NT and national markets.
