Darwin Airport Capital Works Program
Client: Darwin International Airport

Darwin International Airport (DIA) is investing in a range of projects across the airport precinct, aimed at increasing capacity, improving customer experience and boosting tourism to the region. TSA has been engaged to manage many of these projects, including the terminal expansion, food and beverage relocations, runway overlay, airfield ground lighting, apron works, aerobridge replacements, new workshops and storage facilities and office fit outs. These significant works will create jobs and support the local economy.

Led by Luc Ramalinga and James Paddock, the TSA team is providing project management support across the consolidated program. Upon being appointed, TSA assessed all current and planned projects to identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the program’s quality, timeline and cost. This programmatic approach includes integrating all projects within Athena (TSA’s customised project management software), to deliver improved project performance and efficiencies for our client.

TSA’s focus on safety and security will mitigate any potential impacts on DIA’s operations and customers throughout each project phase, from earliest planning, through design, procurement and construction stages, to handover.
