Cequent Auckland are leading the complete refurbishment of the Scenic Hotel Auckland located in the Heritage Listed MLC building on Queen Street.

The project involves the replacement of all exterior glazing and extensive cladding repair and replacement works, along with the complete refurbishment of 9 floors of hotel guest rooms and suites. The 9-storey heritage building is located on Queen Street, Central Auckland, with the works to be carried out over a 24 month period whilst maintaining the maximum hotel occupancy possible throughout. Works are well progressed on site with a completion of early 2020.
