This extensive refurbishment entailed the upgrade of 130 hotel rooms over 6 distinct blocks in the remote location of Franz Josef.  The hotel was upgraded to a 4 star standard. Cequent led the full delivery of this complex multistage refurbishment. This project was delivered on time and under budget.
