4 planning stages, 2 delivery stages.

TSA was originally appointed as project manager for the planning of Stage 1 & 2 (AU$91.3 million), we were then engaged to take the project from masterplanning through to completion for these stages. During the delivery of Stage 1 & 2 we were appointed as project manager for the planning of Stages 3 & 4 (AU$150 million)

Stage 1 & 2 included planning, design and delivery of a new building to accommodate a large maternity unit, with inpatient, birthing, special care nursery and outpatient facilities; peri-operative suite comprising theatres, recovery stages 1, 2 and 3, day only and extended day surgery unit, with supporting central sterilising department, reconfigured staff facilities.

Stage 3 & 4 comprised of the redevelopment of the Emergency Department, imaging, medical and surgical IPUs, increased coronary care unit (CCU) beds, cardiac catheter lab, ambulatory care centre, new front of house, extended chemotherapy Unit, community health services, demolition of outdated facilities and minor refurbishment works, including medical records.
