TSA was the project director on behalf of the University of Sydney. We were responsible for all aspects of capital investment as part of the University’s establishment of a major campus on the Westmead precinct.

We worked as part of an integrated project team, interfacing with Health Infrastructure’s project director and project manager and local health district leads. We were involved through the planning and early contractor involvement (ECI) phases of the major project, as well as the delivery of smaller education-focused projects across the precinct.

A key aspect of the role was to realise the precinct strategy for a truly integrated campus. This was achieved through the University of Sydney’s investment in meterage within the Westmead Redevelopment and by embedding education and research into clinical services.
