Cequent were engaged to manage the revitalisation of this building on Lichfield Street, Christchurch.
The revitalisation project was completed within 12 months and included a full resource consent for a new façade and two associated food and beverage pavilions in the car park. The project involved a complete strip out of the building back to a bare super structure. The building was then seismically strengthened to 100% NBS. The building now has a new modern façade, new services and lift, with the addition of a large exterior mural by local Christchurch artist Anton Mogridge.
