Located on the old BNZ House site at 2 Cathedral Square, the building’s large public atrium will link Cathedral Square with Hereford Street, helping to create an atmospheric, dynamic space.

The 4-storey building has combined commercial, retail and hospitality tenancies, including an exciting roof top hospitality space all set over a basement car park. The structural design for the building includes base isolation, delivering a high level of seismic resilience in the event of earthquakes.

The project team consisted of all local businesses with TSA (as Cequent Projects) as project managers, Sheppard and Rout as leading architect, Holmes Consulting delivering the structural design, TM Consultants all services, WT Partnership cost management and AES undertaking acoustic engineering.
