Swinburne University of Technology has an ambitious plan to bring people and technology together to solve the most pressing challenges of our time. Swinburne is working with students to uplift its campuses based on the ‘sticky campus’ concept at the forefront of design. This idea envisions universities as a one-stop-shop for students, providing a mixture of study and social spaces designed to entice students to stick around after class.
TSA is helping Swinburne bring this vision to life. Our team is providing project management and superintendency services throughout the procurement, design and construction phases. TSA will oversee the development of a new multi-storey learning space, as well as the full refurbishment of an existing building to create a student hub with modern facilities. The building works will be managed in a live, operational environment, which requires careful planning and communication. TSA is collaborating with Swinburne’s Communications and Engagement Team to support co-creation and engagement targets. This will see students participate in facilitated workshops and contribute throughout the design process.
