The Poly Centre site at 210 and 220 George Street is in a prime location in the Sydney CBD core surrounded by high-quality commercial office buildings. TSA helped Poly Australia bring their vision to life, creating an A-Grade commercial office building of international standard. TSA was the project manager and superintendent for all stages of the project, working closely with Poly to ensure the project kept to the program.
The new building will deliver approximately 19,700m2 of commercial office GFA across 25 storeys which will achieve 5 star Green Star and NABERS ratings. A number of retail tenancies are also proposed with direct access to George Street with direct access to the new light rail network.
