The Poly Centre site at 210 and 220 George Street is in a prime location in the Sydney CBD core surrounded by high-quality commercial office buildings. TSA is helping Poly Australia bring their vision to life, creating an A-Grade commercial office building of international standard. TSA is the project manager for all stages of the project. So far we have managed delivery of the Stage 1 DA, which was submitted late November 2016, ahead of the mid-December target set by the client. Approval for the new tower was given by the Central Sydney Planning Committee in May 2017.

The new building will deliver approximately 19,000s.qm of commercial office GFA across 8 Podium floors and 11 tower floors which will achieve 5 star Green Star and NABERS ratings. A number of retail tenancies are also proposed with direct access to George Street with direct access to the new light rail network.
