Nulkaba Public School

TSA Management were engaged to manage the design and construction of the Hunter Central Coast package of public school upgrades, part of the NSW Government’s $6 billion investment over the next four years to deliver more than 170 new and upgraded schools to support communities across NSW.

Nulkaba Public School upgrade is the first project from the package to be completed with the new building, providing new permanent, flexible learning spaces for 14 classes, associated administration spaces, upgraded student amenities and a new paved courtyard area, opened to the school in 2019.

TSA were engaged to act on the Principal’s behalf and provide project management services from early Business Case development through to completion, including design management, management of tender process and construction management, acting as the Principal’s Authorised Person under the GC21 contract.  As the project involved construction adjacent to the existing school TSA were responsible for stakeholder management, including the temporary relocation of existing facilities.
