Cequent were engaged as project managers for this high profile commercial building on Victoria Street, Christchurch.

The design was fully documented to achieve a grade 5-Star Green Star rating in an NZGBC assessment, utilising a variety of sustainability strategies to ensure the building is both comfortable and very efficient. This was one of the first buildings to receive a resource consent after the February 2011 earthquakes.
