TSA is involved in the development of this private residential house in Arrowtown, providing project management services through the consenting, design and construction phases of the project. The house, designed by Mason and Wales, is located within a modified landscape creating privacy from the surrounding roads yet still allowing open views out across the basin and surrounding mountain ranges.

TSA has provided project management services including preparation and management of the budget, design management, contract award and overseeing the site works which includes both the early works and house construction packages.
