TSA were the project managers for the base build refurbishment for real estate managers 151 Property. During this refurbishment, we were engaged separately by both CIT and ACT Government Procurement and Capital Works as the principal’s authorised person. In this role, we managed the tenancy fitout works concurrently with the base building works.

CIT had committed to commence the delivery of courses in the new space which challenged the team to plan and complete the in a 6-month program. One of the challenges overcome by the TSA team was facilitating an amendment to the Crown Lease, giving the building owner approval for the change from office accommodation to an educational facility.

The final design concept became the new benchmark for CIT as it allowed for flexible and interchangeable learning spaces. Spread over two-floors, the fitout also featured specialist classrooms for the delivery of vocational education and training for students. The fitout was undertaken using a MW21 contract and completed according to program with students starting in the new space as advertised.
