A commercial precinct, including a day care centre and community amenities with a playground, car parking and public toilet facility are also included. There is also a focus on active transport with cycleways and connection to the Queenstown Trails trust network.
Cequent Projects (now TSA) have been engaged to manage the Coneburn subdivision development which includes 526 residential lots, 14 multi-unit lots and a commercial lot. This project has a challenging 5-year programme and requires ongoing complex negotiations on 3 waters infrastructure developments with local authorities and neighbours.
TSA is providing project management services including feasibility studies; consultant procurement; design management; contractor procurement; contract administration; and construction monitoring.
