Congratulations to our latest promotions to Principal, Monika Sud, Louise Duffy and Tariq Mahmood.

It is an exciting time for our TSA Advisory team, with Monika, Louise, Tariq and the rest of the Capital Projects Advisory team from Advisian, joining TSA in April. By bringing together TSA Projects and TSA Advisory, we offer a breadth and depth of experience which has positioned TSA Advisory as the premier advisory group in capital projects and infrastructure services in the Asia Pacific region. Our people have the opportunity to grow and gain a unique blend of expertise.

Monika Sud > Principal – Advisory, Sydney – Monika is a key leader in our advisory team, she is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and a Fellow with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Her strengths in procurement advisory and transaction management, multi-discipline projects and program management, leading teams and strategy development.

Monika provides commercial leadership and strategic guidance to her clients for the delivery of major infrastructure projects ensuring both procurement and delivery of projects are consistent with sound commercial practices, effective risk identification and management.

Energetic and bold, Monika’s values centre on a keen ability to think beyond the issue in hand to consider bigger picture impacts, delivering improvements that reduce risks and enhances financial performance.

Louise Duffy > Principal – Advisory, Brisbane – Louise leads our Advisory Team in Queensland, she is a recognised leader, who provides strategic commercial procurement and transaction management advice. Louise is skilled in ensuring teams remain focused, and stakeholders are aligned with the long-term visions for projects to deliver exceptional results. She is passionate about driving procurement efficiencies to ensure effective utilisation of resources and the delivery of superior project and value for money outcomes.

Louise is currently leading the procurement of the Douglas Shoal Remediation Project for the Commonwealth Government.

Tariq Mahmood > Principal – Advisory, Melbourne – Tariq is a well-respected senior leader in our Melbourne office. He is an industry-leading expert in the development, delivery and operations of complex infrastructure with a particular focus on public transport systems.

Tariq helps clients to bring together long term planning, infrastructure delivery, and operational and asset performance under an integrated approach. He brings a particular focus on rail systems, rail operations, and network integration, which is underpinned by strong foundations in rail operations, asset performance and systems engineering.
