Introducing TSA Projects and TSA Advisory

Today we are pleased to announce the launch of two service lines under two new brands: TSA Projects and TSA Advisory. This exciting new endeavour will see TSA’s existing project management service operate under the new TSA Projects brand. The TSA Projects brand will operate alongside the existing TSA Advisory brand – a division of experienced subject matter experts who deliver specialist creative solutions to complex infrastructure challenges.

TSA Projects continues to partner with our clients providing the full suite of project management services to help bring impactful projects to life. The team works across the project lifecycle with the right team, skills and experience to deliver a positive community impact.

In April 2020, in the middle of the COVID outbreak, TSA soft-launched the TSA Advisory brand after the acquisition of advisory firm Calcutta. Over the last year, TSA both refined and expanded this offering by acquiring the Capital Projects Advisory (CPA) team from Advisian. The breadth and depth of experience assembled through the combination of these businesses has positioned TSA Advisory as the premier advisory group in capital projects and infrastructure services in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
Now, TSA is a fast-growing and independent project consulting business with over 530 staff across Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia. While TSA’s new brands differentiate our expanded service offering, the divisions will work side-by-side wherever needed to deliver TSA’s full value proposition.

Paul Griffiths will lead TSA Advisory working closely with regionally based Advisory teams throughout APAC. The TSA Projects teams will continue to be led regionally. Paul joined TSA’s Melbourne office with the CPA acquisition from Advisian and brings extensive local and international experience to the TSA Advisory business. Paul says, “I am delighted to lead this dynamic team and continue TSA’s mission – to deliver projects of significance leaving a positive legacy for those who live in the communities we help create.”

TSA’s CEO, Andrew Wilson, says, “We are reinforcing our position as an independent global project consultancy. In doing so, we are reinventing project consulting such that our expanded service offering, delivered under the TSA Projects and TSA Advisory brands can be even more responsive to our client’s needs.
