Richard Power to lead our NSW Rail Sector

Welcome to Richard Power, who joins our NSW team as Rail Sector Lead.

Richard brings his extensive experience in leadership roles on large, complex multi-discipline brownfield and greenfield rail projects. He has worked on all phases of the project lifecycle, on projects with a combined value over $7 billion.

During his 10 years at Transport for NSW, Richard managed critical projects, including the Digital Systems Program, More Trains More Services Program, Faster Rail Program, and Wyong Town Centre Road Widening Project. In this role, he led integrated teams, ensuring real customer benefits and financially sustainable expenditures.

A versatile leader, Richard has also held systems engineering roles, providing the integration and delivery of safe and innovatively designed rail solutions that align with statutory and legislative requirements. Richard will ensure our projects comply with quality and safety standards while leading our people across both our Projects and Advisory disciplines.
