Australian Promotions

Congratulations to all our promotions across our growing business. Over 23 people have received promotions in the last month. Congrats to Trish Noja, Vincent Yu, Raymond Collins, Ryan Patterson, Richard Baker, Lauren Kokkotas, Isabel Bovis, Mathew Romanous, Kelly Laurantus, Shannon Nolan, Wei Jin Chuah and Jack Norris.

Mathew Romanous > Project Director, Sydney – With strong technical expertise and exceptional communication skills, Mathew effectively engages with clients, stakeholders, consultants and contractors to coordinate and negotiate project outcomes aligned to core objectives. He is committed to achieving cost, quality and time objectives and is highly proficient in all contract management, project reporting, legislative planning and regulatory frameworks.

Mathew has a demonstrated history of delivering difficult and unique projects, navigating complex stakeholder relationships and unravelling over-complicated processes for the benefit of the client and the project team, both internal and external.

Raymond Collins > Director, Melbourne – With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to identify and achieve key deliverables, Raymond is a committed, confident and genuine team player. He has energetic leadership and team-building skills and is passionate, organised and dedicated. A strong negotiator, Raymond is skilled at resolving conflicts and able to develop, utilise and maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients, contractors and staff.

Ryan Patterson > Senior Associate – Advisory, Melbourne – Ryan’s experience across a range of industries allows him to approach tasks from multiple perspectives and methodically plan to achieve the most practical and commercially successful outcome for the project. Ryan values his open approach to problem-solving and ability to communicate to achieve success in project delivery. These skills have been fostered through work in diverse and often sensitive environments where significant planning and lateral thinking has been required to achieve results.

Richard Baker > Senior Associate – Advisory, Perth – Richard is an accomplished senior planning professional and delay claims consultant with 27 years’ experience gained on multibillion-dollar capital infrastructure projects across multiple sectors. With expertise in program management offices within joint venture and alliance delivery structures, Richard is an effective thinker and doer. He is self-sufficient, motivated, and able to work effectively across all levels of organisations with the ability to manage change.

Shannon Nolan > Senior Project Manager, Sydney – Shannon specialises in business and infrastructure strategy, capital asset management and infrastructure investment. He has extensive experience working with federal, state and local government departments to understand, interrogate and make better investment decisions, driving value for government, non-government and commercial organisations. Shannon is currently working within our health sector, managing the delivery of business cases for multiple hospital projects.

Wei Jin Chuah > Senior Project Manager, Sydney – Wei Jin is a highly experienced and versatile engineer who has exposure to both client-side and main construction contractor background managing and delivering various size and complex infrastructure projects. Wei Jin is a leader who focuses on collaboration and engagement to overcome issues and expedite delivery and solutions, encouraging participation, teamwork and knowledge sharing. His collaborative approach, not just within his team but also with contractors and stakeholders ensures a ‘best for project’ approach resulting in beneficial outcomes for the project as well as the community.

Kelly Laurantus > Senior Marketing Consultant, Sydney – Kelly’s attention to detail and dedication to her work makes her a valuable part of the marketing team. She manages bids for complex billion-dollar projects. With a focus on infrastructure and defence, she can be relied upon to make sure we consistently submit quality submissions under pressure.

Isabel Bovis > Senior Marketing Consultant, Sydney – Isabel is a highly valued and integral member of our marketing team thanks to her resilience, creativity and keen professional attitude. Her graphic design skills have been central to the evolution of our branding, and she constantly enhances our marketing collateral with her inspired illustrations and graphics. She is a talented, capable, and committed member of the TSA team.

Jack Norris > Senior Project Manager, Sydney – Jack has strong technical skills and the ability to effectively align project and stakeholder objectives. Organised and professional, he adopts a collaborative project management approach, is an effective problem-solver and a trustworthy and autonomous worker. Jack is an integral part of our commercial team, working on several upgrades of commercial buildings in the Sydney CBD for Investa.

Trish Noja > Project Manager, Canberra – Trish joined our Canberra office in 2019. She has extensive knowledge of departmental and procurement related policies, contract administration and building defects management. During her time with TSA, Trish has been involved in several office fitouts for Government departments and she is currently working on theDepartment of Health’s Fairbairn Accommodation Project.

Vincent Yu > Associate – Advisory, Melbourne – Vincent is a critical thinker and problem solver with more than 5 years’ experience in supporting businesses in shaping, developing and assuring their future investments. He has experience in supporting strategic infrastructure development and producing robust business cases by conducting economic evaluation (cost-benefit analysis) as well as undertaking data analysis and visualisation. Vincent is currently working on the Regional Rail Revival for Rail Projects Victoria managing the rail operational assessment activities within the development team.

Lauren Kokkotas > Associate – Advisory, Sydney – Lauren has strong skills in project planning, commercial and contract management, quality control and management and procurement planning. She has provided expert determination on several confidential projects in Australia, including review of contracts, claims, contemporaneous evidence and programs. Lauren has also been responsible for Delay Analysis and Quantum including cost build ups and drafting of expert reports. Lauren has strong transport experience, having worked for Rail Projects Victoria, Sydney Metro and Transport for NSW.
