This project saw the delivery of a tenancy restructure and fitout for the National Indigenous Australians Agency.

TSA was the project manager responsible for the procurement of consultants to complete documentation to take the project to tender via a competitive tender process under a managing contract arrangement.

The team then managed the building approval process with the building manager and undertook stakeholder consultation as required. TSA prepared a staging plan that aligned with the expectations of NIAA, managing the project through construction and the defects liability period.
