The Salvation Army Queenstown Corps are developing a new Community Centre at Remarkables Park. The new centre is scheduled for completion in September and includes nine main areas on the ground floor for Salvation Army’s services. The fit out of the first floor was recently added to the project scope and will host tenants of the corps.

TSA delivered full project management services from design management through to contractor procurement and management and carried out a thorough value engineering and redesign process to ensure alignment with the client’s budget.
