TSA Management appoints Andrew Tompson as global CEO

Following recent expansion into the UK, we have announced the appointment of Andrew Tompson our new global CEO.
The appointment follows an extensive global recruitment search. Formerly of Lendlease, Arup and Macquarie Bank, Andrew has been with TSA for 14 years. His deep knowledge and leadership experience within the business means he is well-positioned to continue and expand TSA’s ambitious growth strategy. In recent years, TSA has increased revenue by 400 per cent, following a strategic growth strategy that has seen businesses including Xigo and Cequent (New Zealand), Advisian and ProManage (Australia), and Henry Riley and DGA Group (UK, Australia and Singapore) join the business.
TSA Chair Matthew Quinn says, “It is a fantastic advantage to appoint a CEO from within our business – someone who many of our clients know and have worked with over the past 14 years. Andrew has played a key role in developing and driving our groupwide strategy for some years, cultivating a strong culture focussed on our clients and communities. He will bring fresh ideas and perspectives, underpinned by his extensive knowledge of our business.”
Andrew says, “I am excited to be part of a growing and ambitious business, focusing on creating a positive and lasting legacy for our clients and our communities. TSA has a reputation for integrity, independence and creating a workplace where people thrive, and I look forward to leading an organisation where success and positive impact go hand-in-hand”.
Andrew Tompson succeeds Andrew Wilson, who quietly announced his intention to step down earlier this year. He will stay on as an Executive Director to deliver the full value of TSA’s recent international investments.
Matthew Quinn says, “I thank Andrew for his dedicated service as CEO over the last 6 years and look forward to his continued success and leadership within the business. He has overseen enormous growth and change during his tenure as CEO. From a business of around 150 in 2017 to over 900 people in 2023, Andrew’s ambitious vision for TSA’s global potential has been realised in our offices in 5 countries and our exponential service offering growth.”
TSA has offices across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia, and employs over 900 people. They manage over AU$200B in projects, with over 200 clients. TSA is currently backed by Australian private equity firm Quadrant.
