David brings 28 years’ experience in infrastructure projects across a diverse range of sectors including road, rail, aviation and mixed discipline precincts.

An experienced strategist, David has a passion for engaging teams and getting people to work together as one. This combined with his civil construction background and major project experience make him a great addition to the TSA family.

TSA VIC General Manager Nick Ockleshaw said “It’s tremendous to be able to bring David into the business as we turn our attention to how we can help plan and deliver the future of infrastructure in Victoria. With David’s expertise, the great team we have here, and the experience of the wider TSA network I’m looking forward to the exciting growth of the infrastructure side of our business.”

David will be working closely with the senior members of the infrastructure team, including Ian Ward who has built the current rail and roads team and is working on the Level Crossing Removal Program, and Roger Strong, TSA’s Australian aviation sector lead.

About the appointment, David noted “I’m excited to join TSA and grow the infrastructure team in Victoria. TSA is already working on some key infrastructure projects in Melbourne, and with so many exciting projects on the horizon for the state it’s a great time to develop our project portfolio and deepen our infrastructure experience.”
