Visualising New Zealand’s infrastructure projects

TSA Management would like to thank all our wonderful clients who visited us at our booth at the Building Nations 2050 Conference in Wellington last week. While there, they played with the interactive tool we developed especially for the event.  The tool graphically represents Te Waihanga’s (New Zealand Infrastructure Commission’s) National Infrastructure Pipeline of committed future projects as at July 2022.  It shows data slices by sector, project status and agency. Check it out below.

The Conference was a great opportunity to reconnect and listen to some inspirational speakers. They reinforced the call for immediate action on climate change and the increasing opportunity and relevance of the digital economy. They also discussed the huge implications of globally dimorphic fertility statistics (sub-Saharan Africa versus Japan) and forecast demographic changes to our cities, and economic, political, social and financial norms. The event was a call to action, painting a picture of the disruption and change ahead of us.

2050 isn’t that far away and we have lots to do to make Aotearoa New Zealand a highly productive, sustainable, and thriving country that we are proud to call home.
