Paul Wilkin, Project Director

Paul has 35 years’ experience in real estate at a senior level in both the public and private sector. His experience is across the full scope of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, strategic planning, feasibility studies and property rationalisation. He has provided extensive advice to the Commonwealth on property matters and has negotiated on its behalf many major pre-commitment leases for new buildings. His Commonwealth clients include the Attorney-General’s Department, Department of Health, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, and Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
