At the heart of TSA’s work is our mission to generate positive community outcomes.

We started our reconciliation journey with our Reflect Reconcilliation Action Plan (RAP) , in 2021 our Innovate RAP was endorsed by Reconciliation Australia. You can find our plan on on their website here.

Under the guidance of the TSA board, our leadership team and reconciliation working group, we are turning good intentions into positive actions and strengthening our connection with Australia’s First Peoples.

Our RAP sets considered and specific reconciliation goals based on four strategic pillars:

Relationships. Develop mutually beneficial relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.

Respect. Generate an understanding and appreciation of the aboriginal communities within the areas we work to build trust, lower prejudice, and increase pride in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.

Opportunities. Explore how TSA can drive reconciliation through its business activities, services, programs, stakeholders and/or sphere of influence.

Governance. Support from senior leaders of the organisation.
