TSA provided project management services from the initial stages of the project overseeing key contractual and technical aspects of the project which required multiple stakeholder involvement.

Our commercial, transport and previous experience on Wynard Walk allowed us to help Brookfield with the early aspects of the complex project which involves the:

• demolition of the existing 301 George Street (formerly Thakral House) and the Menzies Hotel on Carrington Street;
• refurbishment of the heritage listed Shell House building on the corner of Margaret Street, Carrington Street;
• a new premium commercial and retail office tower of 29 floors over; and
• including the eastern access ways to the Wynyard Station concourse from George Street through to Carrington Street.
