The Henry Group proposed a new retirement living facility which would include 47 single-storey townhouses and 52 apartments split across two five and four-storey buildings. As this was the client’s first time completing a large scale development, TSA was able to provide strategic guidance up-front. Experienced in the procurement and construction management a staged approach to procurement recommended and taken.
Overall our approach has been collaborative, a whole team approach, which also formed the basis of the builder’s contract. Our approach to risks and issues management has been to workshop the issues with the client to find solutions best for the project.
The project is currently on track, and we’re looking forward to delivering a result that is equal to the client’s vision.
