The TSA Queenstown team worked on Te Atamira, a multi-purpose arts and cultural facility in Remarkables Park, Queenstown. The facility provides the Wakatipu region with a wide range of spaces including dance, music, and arts studios for all in the community to use.

TSA was engaged to manage the fitout of the facility. Several spaces within the fitout had a requisite for high performing acoustics to ensure the facility would be fit for purpose. This was a fast-tracked delivery programme completed within an existing structure.

TSA’s role included overseeing the procurement and delivery of materials from overseas. Notably, being a community driven project challenging budget constrains were enforced and managed throughout the fit-out. Latent conditions were addressed and resolved within a live project environment.
