This new $28.5m development located in the RSL LifeCare Anzac Village in Narrabeen saw the ‘Design Development and Construction’ of eleven 2-storey residential buildings comprising of 47 Independent Living Units (ILU’s).

The scope included the demolition of eight residential blocks and associated garages, plus redundant infrastructure and groundworks, footings, under slab services and the construction of three new service roads, with associated landscaping.

With extensive landscaped areas, the one and two bedrooms + study apartments have great views of the Narrabeen Lagoon and access to the RSL LifeCare Anzac Village facilities. The sloped site allowed having eleven 2-story buildings with uppers and lowers units that can be adapted to the accessibility requirements of the residents.

TSA worked closely with RSL LifeCare from concept design to commissioning to deliver a great outcome. As part of our deliverables, we undertook several initiatives resulting in reduced Extensions of Time (EOT’s), easing resident concerns and providing positive Council responses / approvals, together with proactive Contractor engagement reducing site works risk.
