TSA provided project management services for the pre-tender phase, tender phase, construction phase, and post practical completion phases for the scope of works which included the refurbishment of the restaurant, function rooms, back of house kitchen, the heritage Cascade House, and a new reception and administration office.

This Project included reconfiguration and refurbishment of ground floor areas of the existing building and some new structure to integrate better and improve member and guest experience as well as increase operational efficiency. The project was part of a broader strategy to enhance the guest experience and introduced a restaurant, function rooms, back of house kitchen, VIP Lounge, function space, gymnasium and a new reception and administration office.

A key challenge was securing local authority approvals noting the constraints of the existing structure, including heritage features. TSA led a collaborative approach to work with the architect, Heritage Consultant and Contractor to secure the necessary approvals with the local authorities. With time and cost constraints TSA had to work closely with the project team to identify and realise value management opportunities. With the project completed on time and on budget.
