TSA was responsible for engagement and management of the design consultant, utility relocation planning, and D&C tender and contract award. This included the development of the contract for VicRoads / MRPA to encourage innovation from the construction industry and to mitigate project-specific risks.

We also led commercial negotiations with the preferred tenderer and utility authorities with a focus on ease of project delivery and value for money. This project will help to greatly reduce congestion times for Epping residents commuting to and from Melbourne CBD by providing a new diamond interchange connection to the Hume Freeway.
