TSA has been appointed by Dexus to manage the preparation and submission of the Stage 2 Detail Proposal for the Waterfront Precinct MLP. This includes the management of the key MLP workstreams and working in partnership with all stakeholders including Dexus and their consultants, State, Council and other authorities, tenants, neighbours and interest groups to deliver a successful project.

Dexus is seeking State and Council approval for the project through the Market-Led Proposals (MLP) framework, which aims to leverage public sector investment and unlocking private sector investment and innovation, supporting good economic and social outcomes for Queensland.

The Waterfront Precinct will transform Brisbane’s Eagle Street into a new business and lifestyle destination, with new and improved Riverwalk and riverfront access and creating more than 1.5 hectares of public open space in the Brisbane CBD.
