It’s official, TSA is a certified great place to work!

We are proud to announce that TSA has been recognised as a certified ‘Great Place to Work’ in both Australia and New Zealand.

In 2021 our people were surveyed about our workplace culture to understand what it is like to work at TSA.

The feedback from our people was very positive, with 87% saying that TSA is a great place to work. We are enormously proud of this result.

The Great Place to Work survey measures the consistency of our people’s experience across five dimensions of the Trust Model: Credibility, Respect, Pride, Camaraderie and Fairness. It allowed our people to rate their specific experiences about these aspects of work.

From the comments, we discovered what motivates our people and how we can continuously improve. Continuing to work on interesting and challenging projects, making a difference to our communities and the people we work with were rated highly. We will continue to focus on this as a business and make further investments in our people through greater training and development opportunities and clear career pathways.
