Our Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team continues to grow

Our clients often find it difficult to navigate the challenging and constantly evolving landscape of communications and engagement.  Stakeholders have increasingly high and complex expectations with regard to meaningful dialogue and engagement, presenting challenges for governments and organisations.

TSA Advisory’s specialist communications and stakeholder engagement team has over 160 years’ combined experience. We help design communications and engagement programs that achieve measurable outcomes. We work collaboratively with our clients to develop tailored solutions that will have a positive impact on stakeholders and the communities in which we work.

In 2021 we started building a practice to complement the established service in SA. Less than two years later, we have a large, highly skilled team spread across SA, NSW, VIC, QLD and WA.

During the past 18 months, our team has contributed to a huge variety of important projects across the country, including:

• Advising some of Australia’s largest energy and development businesses in media, communications and strategic stakeholder engagement.
• Providing stakeholder and community engagement for some of the largest school, hospital, and freight projects in NSW, both public and private.
• Delivering water security for SA through stakeholder engagement on the largest desalination projects in the state, along with contamination work and supporting infrastructure development in planning and delivery.
• Conducting a sustainable visitor capacity and management study for one of Qld’s top tourism destinations.
