Congrats to our NZ Projects Promotions!

We recently announced several promotions within our New Zealand Projects team. We are proud to continue to support the growth of our people across our business. Congratulations to Craig, Matt, Olia, Chris, Danalja, Mira and Anj on their well-deserved recognition.

Craig Watkins > Project Director, Auckland – Craig has played a lead role in the delivery of some challenging projects across a range of sectors, including hospitality, health, education and Defence. As Project Director, Craig will continue to add value to his clients and projects through his ‘Best for Project’ attitude and solutions. Craig is passionate about sustainable construction and a Green Star Accredited Professional and Sustainable Steel Council NZ member.

Matt Scott > Project Director, Christchurch – A confident and effective communicator, Matt is committed to achieving great project outcomes for his clients. He has impressed his key client, KiwiRail, with his work on the IReX project. This role involves leading the design of a complex programme of terminal redevelopments at Kaiwharawhara Wellington and Waitohi Picton. Matt’s promotion recognises his ability to foster great relationships to get the job done.

Olia Efimova > Senior Project Manager, Auckland – Olia has solid project management skills in civil engineering, subdivision and planning, vertical refurbishment, remediation, and facilities management. This includes several road and rail projects for Auckland Transport and Auckland International Airport, 3 water infrastructure projects, Auranga Land Development and Kainga Ora sub-developments, housing remediation and facilities management projects. Olia looks forward to building new client and industry networks in her new role.

Chris Armstrong > Senior Project Manager, Wellington – Chris’ experience stretches across various sectors, including Defence, commercial and corrections. He has worked on complex projects, including Mayfair House (DoC Headquarters), Defence House and the Xero 2 Building. His personable character has allowed him to build strong client and team relationships. Chris was recently selected to participate in TSA’s first Emerging Leaders Programme: Emerge. He looks forward to developing his leadership and business development capability enabling him to lead the next generation of TSA people through the challenges and opportunities of project management.

Danalja Rautenbach > Senior Project Manager, Auckland – Danalja has significant experience both in NZ and internationally in planning, design management, procurement, project management and contract management of multi-disciplinary projects. She connects quickly with clients and instils confidence with her calm and capable demeanour. Danalja understands her client’s priorities and perspectives and achieves excellent results within complex and challenging environments. She is looking forward to continuing her journey at TSA and embracing new and exciting challenges.

Mira Brückner > Project Manager, Auckland – A highly motivated and driven project manager, Mira thrives in a team environment, leading the way when it comes to promoting strong workplaces, relationships and culture. Mira is engaged on Oyster Group’s B11 project, the Gulf Rise Care Building and the Pohutakawa Care Building. She looks forward to using her initiative and strong analytical thinking to add value and find solutions across her projects.

Anjana Makwana > Project Manager, Auckland – Anj has a demonstrated ability to lead projects, work autonomously, and deliver outstanding results for her clients. She is currently managing the City Rail Link Targeted Hardship Fund project, a very demanding role that requires strong stakeholder management. She is also supporting MediaWorks and several KiwiRail ETC projects. In her new role, Anj is looking forward to working on even more challenging projects where she can utilise and enhance her skill set, enabling her to support anyone around her.
