Growth – New Starters.

With our continued growth, we are always looking for talented consultants and project managers to join our Australian team. We have had several key appointments, strengthening our offerings across TSA Projects and TSA Advisory.

TSA Projects

Luc Ramalinga, Associate Director, Melbourne – Luc joined TSA’s Projects team in Victoria, bringing his people-first approach and passion for delivering innovative solutions to capital project development and delivery. With over 20 years’ experience in the Aviation sector, Luc will further drive our growth in this sector and share his knowledge of delivering complex airside projects with our teams across APAC.

Chris Bellemore, Project Director, Sydney – With over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, Chris brings expertise on complex construction projects with Tier 1 and 2 contractors to our leadership team. He will lead key projects and support our team by sharing his deep understanding of the current market drivers and pressures, design for construction and supply chain solutions ensuring successful delivery for our clients.

TSA Advisory

Duane Thompson, Digital Lead, Brisbane – Duane will lead our new Digital team to help clients understand how to deliver and maximise digital systems and assets. He has helped deliver projects such as Heavy Vehicle Automated Safety for Anglo American, a Digital Port Strategy for the Western Australian Port Authority, and a business case for automation of vehicle permits in Victoria. His specialist areas include large-scale complex technology project delivery, business cases and innovative solutions.

Stephen Allday, Executive Consultant, Sydney – Steve is a rail industry veteran. He comes to us after 7 years in leadership positions on Sydney Metro City & South West. A senior rail industry expert, Steve has has played key and leading roles in some of Australia’s most complex rail projects. He brings over 40 years’ experience in all facets of rail transport systems.

James Atkinson, Senior Associate, Adelaide – James specialises in economic evaluation and land use forecasting. He joins us from SGS Economics and Planning, bringing 8 years’ experience advising public sector clients on activity centres, employment precincts and economic development. He has also helped clients across Australia secure funding for major cultural, transport and tourism infrastructure projects.

Communications and Stakeholder Engagement

Our Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team continues its growth with the appointment of leaders in Victoria and South Australia.

Yolanda Vos > South Australian Lead, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement, Adelaide – Yolanda is a communications and stakeholder engagement executive with proven success in senior roles across public and private sectors. Along with high-level strategic communication and stakeholder engagement skills, Yolanda has a great understanding of government processes, particularly as they relate to infrastructure projects, strategic planning, change management, service reform, media / reputation management, marketing / brand development and Ministerial business.

Lyall Johnson > Victorian Lead, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement, Melbourne – Lyall Johnson is a communications and engagement specialist with extensive media, government relations and issues management experience on major infrastructure projects, in government departments, ministerial offices and ASX 200 companies. Lyall is proven at providing advice at all levels, having briefed and advised the Prime Minister of Australia, Victorian Premier, government Ministers, department secretaries, chief executives, senior staff, peers, industry and community groups.
