Through these challenging times, we want to take the moment to appreciate and recognise the skills, talent and care some of our people put into their work every day.

We’re pleased to announce the following promotions:

Shelley Galvin > Project Director, Sydney – A versatile, quick thinker who has developed a direct management style, Shelley positively influences and finds success in each project she works on. Shelley joined our Sydney office in 2019 and is currently working on the Pitt Street Over Station Development for Oxford Properties.

Marko Osti > Senior Project Manager, Canberra – Marko joined our Canberra office in 2017, with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for the client. Most of his work for TSA has been for Government clients, providing effective leadership of consultant teams and fair dealings with all contractors. Marko is pleased to be recognised and supported by a 300+ strong network of great minds in our business.

Nick Campion > Senior Project Manager, Sydney – Nick joined our Sydney office in 2016 and has been an integral part of our Rail Sector working on the New Intercity Fleet Project for Transport for New South Wales. Versatile and adaptive, Nick has held operational, project management and commercial roles across the transport sector.

Jack Kruger > Senior Project Manager, Brisbane – Jack is part of the TSA Advisory team based in Brisbane. He has worked across a range of sectors including infrastructure, education, health and human services, indigenous affairs, and aged care. Jack is working on transaction advisory services for the ARTC’s Inland Rail project.

James Thompson > Senior Project Manager, Sydney – With a committed work ethic and strong problem-solving abilities, James leads by example to drive the success of his projects. James joined TSA in 2019 and is currently working on the $120 million Poly Centre commercial development in the heart of Sydney.

Adele Rowsell > Senior Consultant, Brisbane – Adele joined Calcutta Group in 2017 and came across to TSA with the partnership in 2019. Based in our Brisbane office, she is currently assisting ARTC with transaction advisory services for the Inland Rail PPP. Adele is dedicated, efficient and enthusiastic with excellent stakeholder coordination and the ability to successfully manage client relationships.

Kimberley Pedrola > Project Manager, Melbourne – Kimberley is a driven, motivated and hardworking team player. She joined our Melbourne office in 2019 and quickly impressed with her passion for innovative and progressive development. Kimberley has been working on several school projects in Victoria for the Victorian School Building Authority and private clients.

Atul Agarwal > Project Manager, Melbourne – Atul joined TSA in 2016 and has been working on projects in the OneSKY program for Airservices Australia including upgrades of Air Traffic Services Centre facilities in Brisbane and Melbourne. Atul was also the winner of the 2018 TSA Smart Prize for his submission to review and explore the latest in smart infrastructure design and construction to support future transport technology.

Reiland Hipilto > Project Manager, Canberra – Rei is personable and collaborative in his project management approach. He joined our Canberra office in 2019 and grateful to learn the ‘art of consulting’ and ‘how to be a partner to our valued clients’. Rei is excited to take the next step in his career, to thrive, collaborate and take ownership of his projects.

Clare McAuslan > Project Manager, Newcastle – Clare joined our Newcastle office in 2018 and has been involved in multiple projects for the University of Newcastle, including the state-of-the-art Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths and Medicine facility. She invests considerable time and effort in gaining a detailed understanding of her projects to make swift, intuitive and informed recommendations to her clients.

On top of these promotions, earlier this month we announced the appointment of Dr. Therese Flapper as General Manager in Canberra and Stacie Gibbons to take up the role of GM Growth and Development in Sydney. Read more about their appointments.
