The Footprint Company has joined TSA to support our clients to reduce embodied carbon. The Footprint Company was founded in 2012, by Dr. Noller with the mission to enable the transition to Net Zero within the property and construction industry. TFC has worked on over 340,000,000 sqm of whole building and whole precinct carbon assessments in over 17 countries to date, it is without peer globally in terms of scope, scale and expertise.

We offer carbon management advice and technical services across all phases of a project lifecycle to inform policy development, carbon footprint assessments, carbon benchmarking and material selection / optioneering. Our team can define the carbon footprint for projects and advise mitigation pathways to reduce carbon footprints and overall costs. We do this through our worlds largest “design ready” carbon database (The Greenbook) and whole of project lifecycle carbon assessment tool (The Footprint Calculator) in a simple, easy-to-understand, and ready-to-use platform.

We have reduced the embodied carbon footprint of projects in its system (directly and through support) by approximately 66,000,000 TCO2-e (which is the same as 3 years of Australia’s household energy related emissions).  We aim to further enable the property and construction industry to deliver Net Zero Carbon by 2040.
