Richard offers experience in all aspects of planning, scheduling and project controls, including forensic delay analysis. He has held project owner and contractor roles. His experience includes schedule management and health checks, tender preparation, integrated master schedules, earned value management, probabilistic programme risk assessments, critical path analysis, schedule diagnostics and forensic analysis for EoT and delay claims, preparation of expert reports, and commercial advisory. |
