Leon Gray, Principal and General Manager Advisory, Victoria

Leon has 20 years’ experience providing technical, strategic and commercial advice on complex issues in high-risk settings. His recent work includes helping Victoria Police solve issues on a state-of-the-art training facility. He also worked with VicRoads to develop market changing procurement methods for the Safer Roads program. In his early career, Leon worked across Australia and Africa to help solve complex technical, geological and stakeholder challenges around mine waste.

 

Wayne Sharpe, Principal

Wayne is a senior procurement facilitation and transaction management specialist with 20 years’ experience advising on complex capital infrastructure projects. He led the team that developed and operationalised the gateway review system for the Victorian Government. He has provided procurement advice to Goulburn Murray Water; VicRoads; Department of Transport (Victoria); Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications (formerly DIRD); Victoria Police; and Department of Planning Transport and Infrastructure (SA).

  

Peter Skene, Principal

Peter has over 30 years’ experience in engineering, design and construction. This has been predominantly in operational roles as Project Director / Alliance Manager for large infrastructure projects, for Tier 1 Contractors. He has leveraged this experience to provide constructability and delivery advice on projects including North East Link Project, Regional Rail Revival Program and City Rail Link (Auckland).

  

Lisa Baldini, Senior Associate

Lisa has a Master of Construction Law and over twenty years’ experience in civil engineering for road and rail projects. She has expertise in project management, contract management, construction engineering, project controls, estimating and cost management, and quality management. Lisa developed the Initial and Early Works plan for Suburban Rail Loop. She was previously the Project Manager for the Systems and Processes, Program Management Framework for Level Crossing Removal Project.

 

Jeremy Rae, Principal

Jeremy has over 30 years’ experience advising on complex infrastructure projects. His skillset includes design management, cost planning, risk management, value management and stakeholder management.

Jeremy was Program Director for V/Line on the Regional Rail Link Project from 2012- 2015. He has since transitioned to the Level Crossing  Removal Programme. He’s had multiple roles there and is currently the Network Interface and Technical Services Manager for the project.
