Gandhi Suppiah, Regional Director for South East Asia

Gandhi is an asset management specialist, with global experience in digital asset management and asset optimisation. He has provided strategic asset advice to Kuala Lumpur MRT Line 1, Malaysia – Singapore High Speed Rail, Hammersmith Suspension Bridge Strengthening (UK), and Thames Tideway Tunnel (UK). He has also provided asset management advice and led asset management teams for several toll roads in Malaysia and Indonesia.

 

Tracy Yip, Senior Associate

Tracy has 12 years’ experience in providing economic and public policy advice that drives sustainable growth for clients. This includes a tenure as a diplomatic and administrative officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia (Wisma Putra). Tracy has contributed to steering the Malaysian Government’s policy direction in sustainable economic development through projects such as the National Fourth Industrial Revolution Policy and Green Technology Master Plan. She recently completed a sustainability advisory work for Malaysia’s largest property developer.

  

Amy Justin, Senior Associate

Amy has 13 years’ experience in asset management. This includes leading teams in data analysis for pavement asset management in various highways and roads in Malaysia and Indonesia. She is well-versed in pavement evaluation, testing and modelling using infrastructure asset management software and solution systems including dTIMS. Amy delivered the annual pavement performance model for the Long-Term Rolling Program (LTRP), North-South Expressway (NSE), Lebuhraya Pantai Timur 2 (LPT2) and Cikopo Palimanan Indonesia (CIPALI) networks..

  

Firdaus Bakar, Senior Consultant

Firdaus has 15 years’ experience the transport and healthcare sectors. His expertise includes business case development, project management, scheduling and risk.

He was part of the TSA team that advised Malaysia’s largest property developer on an upfront embodied carbon reduction roadmap. He has also recently provided schedule optimisation and risk advice for Chennai Metro.
